9. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

Appointments are subject to the InQuitive Wisdom Cancellation & Refund Policy.

That policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms presented at the time of booking.

10. PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due according to the terms displayed when a product or service is purchased.

InQuitive Wisdom reserves the right to change prices, packages, services, products, promotions, and availability at any time.

Changes will generally apply to future purchases and bookings and will not retroactively change a completed transaction except where permitted by law.

11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

Digital products, courses, worksheets, recordings, guides, classes, and educational materials are provided for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated.
