At InQuitive Wisdom, appointment time, preparation, travel, temporary locations, and other resources may be reserved specifically for each client. The following policy establishes the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms applicable to appointments unless a service-specific policy states otherwise.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

More Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Within 4 Hours of the Appointment

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 70% cancellation fee.

Less Than 4 Hours Before the Appointment

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

2. RESCHEDULING POLICY

More Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment

Clients may reschedule a live reading or applicable appointment without a rescheduling fee when the request is made more than 24 hours before the appointment. 

8 Hours or More Before the Appointment: Rescheduling 8 hours or more before the appointment is subject to a 20% rescheduling fee. 

Approximately 4 Hours Before the Appointment: Rescheduling approximately 4 hours before the appointment is subject to a 40% rescheduling fee. 

Approximately 2 Hours Before the Appointment: A rescheduling request made approximately 2 hours before the appointment is subject to an 80% rescheduling fee. 

Within 1½ Hours Before The Appointment: Rescheduling requests made within 1½ hours of the appointment will not be permitted, and no refund will be issued.

3. NO-SHOWS

Failure to attend or participate in a scheduled appointment without appropriate notice may be treated as a cancellation occurring within the applicable cancellation period.

No-shows may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

4. LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals do not automatically extend the scheduled appointment. The session may end at the originally scheduled time. No automatic refund or price reduction is provided for late arrival.

5. MOBILE SERVICES

For mobile services, travel time and scheduling may be reserved specifically for the client. A cancellation or rescheduling charge may therefore apply even when the service has not yet begun.

​

6. TEMPORARY CLEANSING LOCATIONS

Certain cleansing services may require InQuitive Wisdom to reserve an Airbnb or other temporary location.

When the temporary accommodation is included in the service price, the client acknowledges that part of the purchase price may be allocated to securing the service location. Cancellation and refund eligibility may therefore be affected by the timing of the cancellation and whether nonrefundable costs have already been incurred. Any service-specific cancellation terms presented during booking will apply.

7. ONE-DAY MOBILE CLEANSINGS

For one-day mobile cleansing services, InQuitive Wisdom may reserve significant time for travel and service preparation. Applicable cancellation and rescheduling charges will be disclosed through the booking process or service agreement.

8. BUSINESS-INITIATED CANCELLATION

If InQuitive Wisdom must cancel or reschedule a service because of illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, technical difficulties, weather, property issues, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, InQuitive Wisdom may offer rescheduling or an appropriate refund for the affected service.

9. PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Physical product returns and refunds are subject to any product-specific return policy provided at purchase.

Certain personal-use, consumable, herbal, botanical, topical, or otherwise non-returnable products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products and immediately accessible materials may be non-refundable after access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

11. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients are encouraged to contact InQuitive Wisdom directly regarding billing questions or concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.

12. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By booking or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
